Neon Maniacs: Review
This very silly little science-fiction/horror film concerns a bunch of cheap-looking monsters with guns that invade San Francisco. Where these monsters come from is anybody's guess since the filmmakers felt it unnecessary to provide an explanation, but they appear and slaughter some San Francisco teenagers.
