A tired rehash of every last infantile convention of the grossout comedy genre. The plot involves a busload of jerks going to Washington to meet the President, but it's nothing more than a 94-minute stream of adolescent jokes about sex, gluttony, defecation, drugs, masturbation,
flatulence, etc. Pity poor Matt Frewer, once TV's
Max Headroom, and Tommy Chong, reduced to parodying his own self-parodies.
