A poorly made expose of a real-life secret terrorist organization called the Black Legion, known as the Avenging Angels in the film. Using a lot of stock footage from newsreels, the film depicts the rise of the organization and its shady dealings. Trelvar plays a woman who sacrifices her life in order to stop the group.
