The plot of 1985's TARGET (starring Gene Hackman and Gayle Hunnicutt) is not unlike this effort, and the results are similar: incredulity and boredom. Ever since Brad Dexter saved Sinatra from drowning, he's worked for Ol' Blue Eyes, here as a producer.
