The Naked Hills: Review
A routine western starring Wayne as a man who never overcomes his gold fever. Beginning in 1849, when a young Wayne leaves his wife and child behind to venture into the hills and pan for gold, this episodic film traces his search through the next 40 years. Meanwhile, Pyle, Wayne's first partner, tries to bed Henderson, but never gets his chance.
