Singerman is an artist in the Philippines who has fallen on hard times and is forced to support herself by reciting poetry in sleazy bars. She falls in love with a young American who is temporarily blind after receiving a beating at the hands of some Filipino hooligans. Spanish-language film shot at the same time and on the same sets as PURSUED, an American film, starring Rosemary Ames and Pert Kelton. A pleasant musical diversion for the bilingual. (In Spanish.)
