Mystic Pizza

Taking its title from a pizza parlor in the seaside tourist town of Mystic, Connecticut, this romantic comedy follows the fortunes of three Portuguese-American friends--Daisy (Julia Roberts), her sister Kat (Annabeth Gish), and Jojo (Lili Taylor)--who waitress together at the title restaurant. Jojo is pursued by a local fisherman (Vincent D'Onofrio, slimmed down considerably from his role as Private Pyle in FULL METAL JACKET), who just wants to marry her, while she just wants to go to bed with him.
