Muss 'Em Up: Review

An entertaining "hard-boiled cop" adventure casts Foster as a private eye. The title reflects his manner of dealing with bad guys and actually was a well-known phrase used by New York Police Commissioner Lewis J. Valentine. Foster's stuck with finding the killer of a millionaire's mutt, but the case ends up leading to kidnaping, ransom, and homicide. Funny and imaginative, though it does run a little longer than needed.
