East Side Kids are wrongly accused of stealing a truck and sent off to reform school. One of the brothers of the boys has been accused of murder and is sentenced to death. But when the boys notice on a newsreel that a trucker they earlier helped is picking up a lottery ticket, they put two
and two together and solve the crime. Story suffers from lapses in plot, weak character development, and overlooked plot situations. Boys still manage to give their usual entertaining performances.
