Mr. Robinson Crusoe: Review

Fairbanks stars as a wealthy hunter on his way to Sumatra for a tiger hunt. He comes to a small deserted island, and decides to take it easy there for a while, building himself an abode which resembles a Park Avenue Penthouse. The exaggeration of details and the forced direction make this an unbelievable effort. The scenic photography and the score by Alfred Newman are the two high points in the picture. leave a comment
