Lorre plays the famous detective, who is asked by the US government to uncover a diamond smuggling ring in Puerto Rico. He gets assistance from wrestler Hymer, and Lorre proves that his small size is no indication of his sleuthing abilities. The picture maintains a constant sense of intrigue and suspense, keeping one guessing as to which of the many suspects is responsible for the smuggling operation.
