Confusing screen adaptation from the popular radio program has O'Keefe as a young assistant DA who falls hopelessly in love with a vicious vamp, Chapman. Menjou, as the DA, is onto the girl, but only offends O'Keefe by delving into his private life. When the greedy Chapman kills two men and is about to do in O'Keefe, he finally returns to his senses. Decent performances and good production, unfortunately, are lost in a haphazard script. leave a comment
