Sam Raimi Drags Three More to Hell
As
Sam Raimi gets back to roots with his upcoming
Drag Me to Hell, he's added Jessica Lucas (
Cloverfield), Lorna Raver (
Eli Stone) and David Paymer to the cast.
Lucas will play the best friend of the movie's central character, Stephanie (Alison Lohman), who finds she has a supernatural curse cast by a bitter Eastern European woman (Raver) who, the
Reporter says, has been humiliated and becomes vengeful. Paymer's character sounds the most levelheaded: He'll play Mr. Jacks, Stephanie's boss at the bank.
Shooting for the new flick begins Monday in L.A.
