Fruitcake. Knoxville previously appeared in Waters'
A Dirty Shame.
The new film, due out next Christmas, is mostly under wrap(ping)s, so to speak, but is said to focus on the story of a boy named for his favorite dessert. After his family is caught shoplifting meat during the holidays, he runs away and encounters a runaway girl, being raised by two gay men, who's out searching for her biological mother.
Yes, it sounds like a holiday treat, all wrapped up in the over-the-top mylar of Waters' sensibility. Would you be willing to take a bite?
