Miley Cyrus Not Interested in Playing Nude Gyrl

Some producer out there is very desperate to round up some backers. A rumor making rounds had teen queen Miley Cyrus hot to doff her duds to play the titular Undiscovered Gyrl in a movie adaptation of the Allison Burnett novel. A source even perked up MSNBC.com's ears by assuring, "There would definitely be nude scenes" for Miley to play. ( Undiscovered Gyrl concerns a wholesome suburban teen who gets roped into the world of endless partying and profound promiscuity.)

It's all very titillating... if based on anything resembling fact. But it's not. "There's no truth to [the story]," Cyrus' rep tells TVGuide.com. "Completely fabricated." - Matt Mitovich
