This poor attempt at "hip" urban comedy stars Gould as a frustrated playwright who makes a living writing pornographic novels and walking rich people's dogs. When he and his wife Prentiss decide to move into a larger apartment, the "comedy" begins as the nightmare of moving sends Gould into
the fantasy world of his sleazy novels. Eventually, the viewer has a hard time separating Gould's fantasies from reality. It all adds up to a frustratingly long and unfunny moviegoing experience.
