Dull story of a drunk who finally agrees to go with his wife to the mountain retreat of a friend in order to get off the booze. His drying out is a failure however and he begins a fling with a local girl. He is eventually killed by the girl's lover, who is then killed by the girl, leaving
the drunk's wife to marry his best friend. Ridiculous.
