Moulin Rouge

French musical shot in Paris just before the Nazis took over starring Dary as an aspiring singer too poor to get into the Moulin Rouge and prove himself. Willing to work his way to the top, Dary takes a job as an undertaker's helper and then as a caretaker to make some money. When he and his pal Baroux land jobs as caretakers of a rich man's home, the duo borrows some of the man's best clothes and crash the Moulin Rouge where Dary is able to sneak onstage and show his stuff.
