Kirk and Helm star as a pair of newlywed love birds who are having trouble consummating their marriage. The comedy starts when Helm picks up a copy of Mother Goose and begins reading to help overcome her nervousness in bed. For some reason, this causes her husband to faint. Later, he secretly visits a psychiatrist who persuades him that he has a Mother Goose complex.
