This lackluster WW II film stars McCallum as an RAF pilot whose best friend, Buck, is killed in a bombing raid over France. McCallum informs Buck's wife, Neve, of her husband's death and soon their long-ago romance is rekindled (she was McCallum's girl before she married Buck).
