Morons From Outer Space

A sporadically funny spoof of aliens-from-outer-space films that begins to run out of fresh ideas after the first 30 minutes. In direct contrast to the notion that visitors from another planet would have superior intelligence, the four explorers from the planet Blob are mental midgets. Bernard (Mel Smith), the most intelligent of the morons, is playing a game of "spaceball" outside the ship when his dim-witted companions accidentally shoot the ship's pod to Earth, leaving him stranded in space.
