More Than A Miracle

A fairy tale in every sense of the word, this is slow-moving trifle despite its solid cast. Sharif is a prince in 17th-century Spain whose mother, Del Rio, wants him to marry one of the local girls and settle down. Sharif wants no part of the scheme and takes off for a ride in the forest. He's injured when he's thrown from his horse and makes his way to a monastery where he meets French, a gentle friar who has the ability to fly. French helps Sharif find the ideal woman, but his magical trickery soon gets Sharif into a mess when the prince meets Loren and decides she's just the woman for him.
