The Moon-Spinners

Illogical but suspenseful, THE MOON-SPINNERS focuses on the adventures of Mills and her aunt, played by Greenwood. While staying at the Moon-Spinners Hotel on Crete, Mills meets young McEnery, whom she later discovers wounded, in a deserted church, after he is shot by an associate of the hotel's owner (Wallach). She learns that McEnery, who lost his job as a London bank messenger after a jewel robbery that he has come to Crete to investigate, believes Wallach is the true culprit.
