It's Only Money

Jerry Lewis returns in this picture to the kind of slapstick and craziness that won him such popularity in his earlier films. He plays an aspiring private eye who, with his friend, White, watches a TV newscast where spinster Questel offers a reward to locate her missing nephew, heir to a billion-dollar electronics empire. Lewis goes to Questel's mansion and is identified as the missing nephew by Questel's money-grabbing attorney, Scott. Scott tries to kill Lewis in several slapstick ways, but Lewis bounces back from these attempts in a typically zany manner.
