An exploitation picture disguised as a morality play, MOM AND DAD has a legal history much more interesting than its story. The plot deals with a girl whose mother doesn't tell her about the birds and the bees, so she's easy prey to the first Lothario to come along. When she turns up pregnant, her mother blames herself and with her daughter leaves town. Concluding scenes are documentary footage of the birth of a baby, followed by some lurid demonstrations of the effects of syphilis.
