Under the influence of the television series RACKET SQUAD, three vignettes concerning swindle operations are presented. The first shows how a hoodlum and his dance-hall companion enter a wealthy home under the guise of wanting to take pictures. The next has a woman using a stock-market scheme to raise a sizable sum of money for herself. The final sequence is about the ways in which a young man takes advantage of the kindness and generosity of the inhabitants of a small town by posing as an arthritis victim in need of funds to fix up his farm.
