Foster plays an FBI agent out to smash a sweepstakes counterfeiting racket. He falls in love with Hervey, the girl he is investigating, who leads him to the bosses responsible for originating the counterfeiting operation. The director gives the material a realistic bent. An example is the
opening sequence of newsreel-type footage of lottery ticket buyers describing what they plan to do with their winnings. Rosen directs with a high degree of care, though the cast plays little more than stereotypes.
