Viewers of this shot-in-Bucharest horror sequel are likely to find themselves doubly in the dark; the lighting is so shadowy its hard to see what's going on and director-screenwriter J.T. Petty's sense of plot development runs to the inscrutable. Once upon a time, scientists tinkered with the Judas Breed, a mutated strain of cockroaches, in order to cure something called Strickler’s Disease.
