A run-of-the-mill story of bootleggers double-crossing each other, stolen bonds, really nice good guys, and very mean bad men. The title is taken from the taxis that transport the bootleg liquor. Dugan steals the show with his stuttering and clowning, which had audiences howling. (Remember, sound movies were a new experience.) leave a comment
