Stevens and O'Brien are patrol-car pals who break up the activities of Buka, a notorious gangster. Buka gets into a shootout with Stevens and O'Brien and is captured. He escapes jail and seeks out his captors, killing Stevens. He is trapped again when visiting his moll, Robbins.
