A gang of smugglers is sneaking gold across the border into Mexico via a helicopter and then having it turned into counterfeit coins. This raises an eyebrow or two at the U.S. Treasury Department, and Allen is sent out with sidekick Ebsen (replacing Fuzzy Knight in Allen's series) to put an end to the gang's activities. They succeed, and along the way Allen delivers the following tunes: "Old Black Mountain Trail," "Born in the Saddle," and "The Railroad Corral." leave a comment
