Hired by rich witch Patricia Van Lier (Claudia Christian), taciturn soldier of fortune Hawk (muscle-bound Olivier Gruner) attempts to retrieve her accomplice, Charlie Love (funny man Robert Townsend), from the clutches of drug-lord Capt. Holden (John Dennis Johnston) in Mexico.
