Garson was near the end of her MGM days when she made this trifle based on Louise Baker's story "Miss Baker's Dozen." She plays a teacher who oversees a class of 13 boys, all of whom are determined to make her life difficult. Under the watchful eyes of prissy headmaster Haydn, Garson has to run the gauntlet that the boys erect.
