An enjoyable science fiction film adapted from H.G. Wells' novel. An 1899 British crew lands on the moon and is attacked by Ray Harryhausen's creations. Director Juran also directed ATTACK OF THE 50-FOOT WOMAN, using the name Nathan Hertz, and shared an Oscar for his design of John Ford's HOW GREEN WAS MY VALLEY. leave a comment
