Media personality Stuart Lancaster (Frederick Coffin) is a Rush Limbaugh-type blowhard who's running for President on an anti-domestic terrorism ticket. In reality, however, he's the hapless dupe of military Machiavellians who, masquerading as foreign Red 5 extremists, blow up U.S. rockets, subs and satellites in order to fabricate a xenophobic panic that'll allow them to control our destinies. As the election draws nearer, an ex-soldier turned government assassin named Ed Downey (Jeff Speakman) is enlisted to terminate Lancaster and thus create a patriotic martyr.
