Downs is a bellhop with high hopes of starting a tap dance routine with Frazee, whose millionaire father doesn't care for the idea. Eventually he comes around and sponsors the radio show that they appear on. It is a less than average musical entry, but in comparison with most of Republic's earlier musicals, it's a gem.
