Bellamy is a New York cop on the trail of an art thief known as "The Wildcat." Also trailing the thief is reporter Lindsay, who mistakes Bellamy for the real culprit. They both land in jail, and Bellamy plans to escape by dressing up in Lindsay's clothes. Set in Mexico City, the picture lacks a sure directorial hand and a plausible script. leave a comment
