Aked is a rich social worker who finds an unemployed trombonist (Howard) and persuades him to run for mayor with her financial support. Comic Howard wins the election and helps raze the slums owned by the defeated candidate. Howard's bizarre antics and a couple of mediocre songs don't do anything to make this programmer any more memorable. leave a comment
