Endearingly un-slick comedian Janeane Garofalo is badly served by this regrettably lame romantic comedy. Swaddled in enough wool to choke a sheep, spunky political operative Marcy Tizard (Garofalo) is packed off to Ireland to research the ancestors of her boss, Massachusetts Sen. John McGlory (Jay O'Sanders), in hopes of giving his flagging reelection campaign a shot in the arm.
