The Bowery Boys run into some trouble when Hall gets a toothache and is suddenly able to predict the future. He starts working a carnival sideshow and meets up with Napier, a mad scientist who wants to transplant Hall's mind into that of a monster apeman. How will anyone know the
difference? Another in the insipid "Bowery Boys" series. The monster makeup was done by Pierce, who apparently had fallen from the grace he had attained when he created the great monsters for Universal Studios.
