On the Western frontier, a battle rages between two municipalities as to which will be named the county seat. Enter Elliott and his faithful companion Blake to straigthen the mess out. This was one of four in the series starring "Wild Bill" Elliott (Donald Barry had played Red Ryder in an earlier serial) cranked out during the year.
