An outlaw is hijacking gold shipments out of a Colorado mining town. The sheriff hasn't a clue as to how to solve the mystery, leaving it to Lane and his little pal, Blake, to catch the culprit. Bardette is a reformed outlaw, now a cook, who helps solve the crime. This was the last of the RED RYDER films for Republic and was not much of an effort.
