Marine Lt. Traynor is assigned to duty under an old rival in San Diego. He becomes involved with his rival's fianc??e and on the night of the wedding there is a fight. He is forced to leave the Marines in disgrace but comes back as a Private and is sent to Latin America to fight against the rebel leader of the Torch. He meets his old rival there.
