There's little to celebrate in MARDI GRAS FOR THE DEVIL, a formulaic supernatural picture. Troubled cop Mike Turner (Robert Davi), with his partner Johnson (David Dahlgren), witnesses the murder of a hooker by a sardonic killer named Bishop (Michael Ironside).
