This film provided an excuse to bring the famed radio personalities Burns and Allen to the screen, as well as Guy Lombardo. It was a sure-fire box-office combination. All that was needed was a story to go around it, which, unfortunately, MANY HAPPY RETURNS failed to provide. Here, Burns
