Dr. Leonard Chaney (Richard Basehart) harbors deep guilt over an auto accident that left his daughter, Nancy (Trish Stewart), blind. Obsessed with restoring her sight, he kidnaps people, removes their eyes, and tries to transplant them to his daughter.
