Lighthearted, if not predictable, fare stars Page as a French nightclub singing sensation with a double, also played by Page, who takes the singing star's place at all social engagements. Cortez is the rags-to-riches nightclub owner determined to seduce the singer, though he unintentionally falls for her double. Highlights of the picture are the songs sung by Page which include: "Manhattan Moon," "My Other Me," and "First Kiss" (Arthur Morton, Betty Trivers). leave a comment
