Not just a classic detective story, but a wonderfully droll screwball comedy featuring one of moviedom's greatest teams: William Powell, Myrna Loy, and, of course, the wire-haired terrier Asta. Powell is Nick Charles, a retired detective who has married the wealthy Nora (Loy) and now intends to devote himself to looking after her money and doing some serious drinking.
