The picture begins in a hospital as Creasy (Scott Glenn), apparently dead, is being zipped into a body bag. From there the entire film is flashback. We learn that Creasy, a burned-out CIA operative, took a job in northern Italy as bodyguard for a wealthy industrialist who was worried that
terrorists would kidnap his 12-year-old daughter, Samantha (Jade Malle). Creasy began to come out of his self-imposed emotional prison as he and Samantha established a close relationship. Although the movie begins promisingly enough and maintains interest with the developing relationship between
