Man Outside

MAN OUTSIDE features Robert Logan as lawyer Jack Avery, who runs his Porsche into the Arkansas backwoods and stays there, living off the land as a hermit. Anthropology professor Grace Freemont (Kathleen Quinlan) heads off to investigate why Avery has exiled himself out there, and they begin a touch-and-go romance that sputters on through the rest of the film. The plot becomes complicated when a local boy is kidnaped by psycho Frank Simmons (Bradford Dillman), and the evidence points to Avery as the pervert.
